interventions with compassion
Interventions
We all have loved ones who we want to help. Sometimes these folks don’t want that help. This can be due to a plethora of factors including mental health, fear, and outright stubbornness. Sometimes this comes in times of acute crisis or other times after a long drawn out decline. It can feel debilitating and hopeless when trying to help somebody who doesn’t acknowledge problems or doesn’t want to accept outside help.
That is where interventionists can help. Interventions provide the ability for a loved one to work past these barriers and accept the help being offered to begin healing. We utilize rigorous training along with evidence based techniques to help a person of concern accept treatment. This involves bring a group of friends and family together to support each other and the individual in the path forwards.
ARISE Model
Here at Conrad Services we use the ARISE model for interventions. This is an evidence based model that is designed to introduce the loved one and family to a new life of recovery and healing. The focus is on individual AND family recovery and healing. This is shown to have an immense impact on an individual's recovery.

About the
Interventionist
Hi, I'm Lucas Conrad, and I began my journey into a substance-free life over 16 years ago. I have dedicated my life to helping people through crisis and change and have spent much of that time sponsoring and coaching individuals through the same journey that I experienced firsthand. Professionally, I was a software engineer for 10 years, and that taught me that almost any problem can be solved using thoughtful analysis and critical thinking. That's why when I first learned about the ARISE intervention model, everything just clicked. ARISE is an evidence based model that is designed to introduce the loved one and family to a new life of recovery and healing. It's focused on the individual AND family needs during the recovery process. This is shown to have an immense impact on recovery because it's not a cookie-cutter approach. I take the time to learn about your individual situation and create a game-plan that addresses relationships and the environment to get you back where you want to be - a normal life with your loved ones. I can't wait to get to know you, so we can start on this journey together.
